MEET DAVID
Hi! I’m David from Finesse Catering. With 32 years of culinary experience and five successful Italian restaurants, we’ve catered major events like the Melbourne Grand Prix for 24 years.
Our food vans, Dave’s Diner, offer American street food: Soup in a Roll, burgers, milkshakes, loaded fries, breakfast items, homemade lemonade, and Raspberry Vodka Lemonade Granitas.
Quality is our priority. We use the best ingredients, made by me and my amazing team, to make your event unforgettable.
